Prescott Metal must post the plan cost information link as a sponsor of a group health plan. This link will take you to our monthly Machine-Readable Files (MRFs).

Machine-Readable Files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to access and analyze data easily. The Departments of the Treasury, Labor, and Health and Human Services (the Departments) have proposed requiring group health plans and health insurance issuers (plans and issuers) in the individual and group markets to disclose certain cost-sharing information.
