On August 3, 2012, Prescott Metal completed the acquisition of Engineered Automation of Maine (EAM). Prescott Metal is a well-established company, having been in business in excess of 90 years supplying precision sheet metal fabrications, tubular frames, and machined components to a wide variety of end users.
EAM is a company with 25 years of experience in the design and building of custom Automation Machinery for a variety of products and end users.
Prescott Metal has retained the top Engineers, Technical Staff and Sales Professionals of EAM, and has relocated to a new facility in Biddeford, ME.
As a result of the merger of these two companies, our goal will be to continue on the path of growth, by offering top quality value added services to the current and future customers of both companies.
